Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Forge Worlds marketing website and related early-access interest forms. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to the public marketing website, informational content, waitlists, and contact forms. They do not grant access to unfinished product features, paid plans that are not yet available, or AI systems labeled Coming Later.

2. The Forge Worlds product vision

Forge Worlds is presented as an AI-guided visual world creation platform. Descriptions of Worlds, Stories, Characters, Places, Visuals, Groups & Factions, Universe Hub, Forge Brain, and Game Build Path describe the product direction. Features marked Coming Later, Planned, or Coming Soon are not promised as currently available.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use this site and submit interest forms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

4. Accounts and access programs

Genesis Access and similar programs are limited and invitation-based. Submitting interest does not guarantee acceptance, timing, pricing, feature availability, or rewards. Future rewards, if any, will be described when access opens.

5. Pricing

Explorer, Creator, Studio, and Enterprise plan names may appear with Coming Soon placeholders. No prices on this site are final. Do not rely on placeholder amounts as offers to sell.

6. Your content and ownership

If you later create worlds or upload materials in a Forge Worlds product, your creative content is intended to remain yours, subject to the then-current product Terms and any licenses needed to operate the service. This marketing site does not currently host user world content. Full ownership and license terms will be stated in the product Terms when accounts and saving features ship.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the site
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Scrape the site in a way that impairs performance or violates law
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

8. Intellectual property

Forge Worlds names, logos, artwork, and site content are owned by Forge Worlds or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site materials except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.

9. AI and future capabilities

Forge Brain and related AI capabilities are described as future systems. We do not warrant that any particular AI feature will ship, or ship on a specific date. Outputs from future AI tools, when available, may require additional terms and user responsibility for review and use.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product roadmaps are informational and may change.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Worlds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the marketing site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for site access in the prior twelve months (if any), whichever is greater.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the site and product evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
